I will help you gain insight into your issues by looking at how they developed and what purpose they have served. You will decide what changes you wish to make. We will look at your core beliefs. These beliefs, often develop at an early age and may be interfering in your happiness. Collectively, we will work on building positive beliefs that will change the course of your life for the better. Having someone there to listen, support, understand, help and guide you can sometimes be all we really need to start to change. No one can change the past but each day is a new beginning. Therefore, I have a gentle, calm, and encouraging style that allows you to set the agenda for the goals in counseling.
